Vintage Feel Metallic Designed Murex Seashell by Joan Stratton - A vintage feel illustration of a silver metallic, mechanical laced cabrit murex seashell, a precious gem of the sea laying on the shore line at the high tide mark on a colourfully stained metallic sandy beach in pinks, turquoise, and blue. A surreal steampunk themed artwork.

This classical shaped sea snail mollusc with sculptured pointy spines was inspired by the ones I found on the beach at Pormpuraaw, Cape York, Queensland, Australia.
