Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Purple Paints The Winton Wetlands by Joan Stratton - A modern abstract painted triptych art piece with a touch of purple to the wonderful Victorian countryside of the Winton wetlands, the ghostly trees behind the Country Fire Authority (CFA) water tank wall art of an old man's face (wall artist Guido Van Helton) located near the Winton North Road, which is just off the Hume Freeway north of Benalla, Victoria, Australia. In the centre piece I have shown how it would have looked when the lake was full of water. I love the way the aging and cracks in the tank make it look like the mural of the old man has been crying and therefore filled the lake.
When I was a kid this area was an artificial lake called Lake Mokoan, all the grass land you see here was water as far as your eyes could see. Although a locally popular watersports destination, the Victorian government decided to decommission the canals and lake to restore the landscape to a more natural wetland and woodland ecosystem....

I began my working career in Melbourne, as a trainee in graphic art, technical drawings and drafting for a mining and engineering company. With the diversity of work available to me, I gained vast experience with all manner of mediums prior to the advent of computers.
