Sleeping Nude by Joan Stratton - Painting on canvas of a nude, beautiful Polynesian girl asleep on the beach with her long flowing black hair being blown in the breeze, reminds me of those long days hanging out on the beautiful beaches of Bougainville Island. Loved my time on Bougainville Island, PNG in the 1980s.

Background is acrylics and spray paints on canvas the girl is done in oils. This was a commissioned piece that was based on my sleeping beauty painting but the commissioner wanted a nude with a fuller figure (love the fuller figure myself).
