Description
Hancock Gorge is located in the Pilbara Region, Karijini National Park (previously know as Hamersley Range National Park), Western Australia. Described like taking a journey to the centre of the earth, down through this steep, narrow gorge with red and blue layers of rock overhanging deep dark blue water falls.
Painted with acrylics, oils and spray paints on canvas via a method I made up (layering paint) and have been working on since early 2000s to develop. I am really happy with the results on this piece :))
