Colourful Ancient Date Palm Tree by Joan Stratton - A painted look with splashes, drips and drops of coloured paint looking up into the heart of the old date palm tree, on the shore of the Broken River in Benalla, Victoria, Australia. As a child, I spent many long summers days under the shade of this palm and swimming in the river.
